Injured woman, 29, found unconscious on sidewalk in Regina

Police believe an injured woman found unconscious on a sidewalk in Regina's North Central neighbourhood was assaulted.

Police were called to the 1100 block of Robinson Street Tuesday morning

Two houses are blocked off in Regina after a woman was found unconscious on a sidewalk in the city's North Central neighbourhood.

Officers were called to the 1100block of Robinson Street just after 11 a.m. CST on Tuesday.

The 29-year-oldwoman was found outside with serious, but not life-threatening injuries. She was taken to hospital.

Police believe she was assaulted.

Anyone with information is asked tocontact the police as the investigation continues.
