Roughriders serve Easter dinner with Regina charity

Two members of the Grey Cup-winning Saskatchewan Roughriders served free Easter meals to people in Regina Saturday.

More than 300 people served free Easter meal

Two members of the Grey Cup-winning Saskatchewan Roughridersdished out Easter dinnerto more than 300 people in Regina Saturday afternoon.

Defensive back Macho Harris and cornerback Paul Wolduhelped out withthe annual free meal,hosted by the Souls Harbour Rescue Mission.

"They've been signing stuff for our guests, and just bringing their cheer," said Rebecca Cochrane, the non-profit's director of programs.

"[The guests] always enjoy seeing them and enjoy having them here."

Cochranesaid they expected to serve about 350 meals of ham, scalloped potatoes, corn, coleslaw and lazy cabbage rolls by the end of the event.
