Does Saskatchewan need a seniors' advocate?

A Saskatchewan nursing home is in the news because of the living conditions of its residents. Staff members at the Santa Maria Citizens Home in Regina say short staffing is leading to poor care.

Some residents get a bath once every two weeks and sometimes they have to wear soiled bandages. The workers also say the quality of food is a concern.
