The Frances Morrison Central Library will reopen on Saturday at 10 a.m., but the building will be under a drinking water advisory.

The Friends of the Library Book Sale will go on as planned.

Saskatoon's downtown library was closed on Friday after a water main break.

The line break meant thatwater and heat hadboth been shut off to the building.

The Frances Morrison Central Library is part of the city's cold weather strategy, providing a warm place for people to take shelter when it is cold outside. The library ensured people who use the library to warm up were safely taken elsewhere.
