City council in Saskatoon will debate a number of important issues today. One involves an important question about public safety, and others may impact peoples ability to get around the city.

For some time now, a handful of people in Nutana have been dealing with an uncertain future as the slope around their homes continues to move.As it stands, city council is being advised to do nothing other than monitor the situation and advise people living therea slope failure is imminent.

There will also be much debate about transportation topics including University Bridge repairs, slowing down traffic on College Drive, and testing protected bike lanes through downtown.
