Saskatoon police swarm house on Avenue T South after injured man taken to hospital

Saskatoon police swarmed a two-storey house at 334 Avenue T Southon Friday afternoon after getting a report of an injured man.

In a news release, police said a male victim had been taken to hospital. They did not describe the nature of the man's injuries or how he'd been hurt.

There were six cruisers and an ambulance on the street. Traffic was blocked by tape that extended across the road. Officers came and went from the house, which had "Terror Squad" spray painted on the side.

Neighbours were hesitant to talk because they said it was a known gang house.

Police also laid out a series of traffic cones on the sidewalk leading south of thehouse.
