OPP say a New Liskeard man is facing drinking and driving charges after a five-year-old boy was injured while being driven around on a tractor.

Police reportofficers in Temiskaming were called to a hospital last week after the boy was treated for non-life-threatening injuries he suffered while riding on a tractor in Harley Township.

A 31-year-old New Liskeard man is charged with having a blood-alcohol level over 80 milligrams, causing bodily harm and impaired driving causing bodily harm.

The man is to appear in court on Nov. 10.
