Thunder Bay police look for missing Ottawa man with epilepsy

Police in Thunder Bay, Ont., are asking the public for help in finding a missing 23-year-old man. Justin Duncan has not been seen since Monday.

Police in Thunder Bay, Ont., are asking the public for help in finding a missing 23-year-old man from Ottawa, who has epilepsy.

There are concerns about the health of Justin Duncan, whowas last seen in the intercity area near Memorial Ave and 10th Ave., late Monday night, police said in a written release Friday.

Police described Duncan as approximately 5' 4" tall, slim build and curly dark hair.

Anyone with any information regarding Duncan's whereabouts is asked to Thunder Bay Police at (807) 684-1200.
