This year's Mother's Day will look different for most of us who are required to be apart, but physical distancing won't stop us from celebrating the important women in our lives. Let's show our mothers and caregivers thanks and love with a message.

Enter CBC Toronto's 'Messages for Mom' contest to be entered into a draw for a $100 worth of food from Toben Food by Design including delivery to your mom just in time for Mother's Day.

How to Enter:

• Post a photo of your mom on your Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Tag @cbctoronto and include the hashtag #cbcto4mom and let us know in the caption, 'What's the one thing you'd like to say to your mom this Mother's Day?
• Submit with your social media (account must be public) or email Email cbctorontocommunity@cbc.ca with a photo of your mom and let us know, 'What's the one thing you'd like to say to your mom this Mother's Day?
• All photos must be posted on social media or received by email no later than Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at midnight EST.
• A random draw will take place and a winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform, or email address, they submitted their entry through on Thursday, May 7 by 12pm.
• Winner must confirm receipt of the prize within 24 hrs or an alternate winner may be selected.
• The winner will be required to submit their food order through Toben Food by Design's online order platform no later than Friday, May 8 by 4pm in order for delivery to take place on Saturday, May 9th between 2-6pm.
• Delivery address must be within the greater Toronto area.
• One entry per person.
• The winner will receive one (1) Toben Food by Design online voucher via email by noon on Friday, May 6, 2020. The gift card is subject to Toben Food by Design's terms and conditions
