Torontonians losing out in real estate bidding wars

The Real Estate Council of Ontario is warning Toronto buyers to beware. The hot real estate market means many on the hunt for homes are losing out in intense bidding wars, Charlsie Agro reports.

A growing number of Torontonians are complaining that the hot real estate market has them on the losing end of bidding wars, Charlsie Agro reports.

If you're looking to buy a new property in the Toronto area, get in line.

The competition is so stiff, that many buyers are finding themselves knee-deep in a highly competitive real estate market.

TheReal Estate Council of Ontario says the number of complaints they've received by people burned in bidding wars has grown.

They are warning buyers to think twice before opting out of home inspections in order to nab that new property, Charlsie Agro reports.
