Fire services are investigating an early morningblaze at a Drouillard Road printing office. Officials attendedthe business Tuesday at about 5:10 a.m.

A neighbour discovered fire shooting out the front window of Hogan's Printingand instructed people in the next-door building to evacuate, according to Andrea Dejong of Windsor Fire and Rescue.

No injuries or rescues were reported.

Preliminary investigations suggest the damage will total more than $150,000, but no amount has been confirmed.

'It's tough to wake up to this'

For Hogan's Printing co-founder Doug Hogan, an unexpected incident like this is "part of life," but waking up to find out his business had been destroyed was a shock.

"I got a call at about 5:15 from my sister and she said 'the shop's on fire'... We just watched it burn," said Hogan.

Hogan fought back tears describing the "incredible" support he's received from the community. (Dale Molnar/CBC)

He said there have been discussions about moving the business to a temporary location during the rebuilding process, adding it's hard to put a dollar amount on what was lost.

"Between the machines and 40 years of hard work, it's a tough number to come up with."
