ERCA updates flood warning, includes Lakeshore, Tecumseh and Windsor

The Essex Region Conservation Authority updated its flood warning to include the City of Windsor, the Town of Lakeshore and the Town of Tecumseh.

More than 120 millimetres of rain has been recorded in Windsor, with officials in Tecumseh reporting 150 millimetres of rain having fallen by noon.

There is significant flooding reported on roads throughout the region, including Riverside Drive and Tecumseh Road.

The conservation authority also warns of heavy flooding around the shoreline regions of Lake St. Clairas winds between 30 km/h and 45 km/h are forecast for the next 36 hours.
