Midian Brewing is Windsor's newest craft brewery.

After three years of experimentation and development, theself-styled"science-based fermentation company"opened their Wyandotte Street retail store to the public last week.

But it wasn't the beer that piqued my curiosity. Turns out thatthis brewery also produces malt vinegar.
