By ballot 82 people voted, with 54 people making the campus box, while 28 for gateway.

The cost of both buildings was estimated between $22.5 million to $24.4 million.

The construction phase of the project is scheduled from Nov. 2015 to Dec. 2017, with a move-in date of April 2018.
