The 2024 Golden Globe nominations include nods for Ryan Gosling, Canadian filmmaker Celine Song

The 2024 Golden Globe Awards nominations were announcedon Dec. 11by comedian Cedric the Entertainerand actor Wilmer Valderrama.

Among the Canadian nominees are Ryan Gosling, who was recognized for his supporting performance as Ken inBarbie; Canadian-Korean filmmaker Celine Song, who took nods in the best director and best screenplay category forPast Lives; and Robbie Robertson, who was posthumously nominated for his work on theKillers of the Flower Moonscore.

The awards show will take place on Sunday, Jan. 7, and isset to air on CBS and stream on Paramount+.Canadian viewers can watch the showon Citytvat 8 p.m. ET or stream it onCitytv+ on Amazon Prime Video Canada.
