Alberta Premier Rachel Notley has gotten a big political break, from an unlikely source

A positive decision for the Keystone XL didn't come through the regime ofcarbon taxes imposed by Premier Rachel Notley: it came through Donald Trump a president who is probably only slightly more welcome to the NDP than Satan with his pitchfork.
