The fourth phase of the Mike Duffy trial has been delayed, will resume on Nov. 19

The fourth phase of Senator Mike Duffy's trialhas been pushed back a day, and will now resume on Nov. 19.

Justice Vaillancourt, who is presiding over the judge-only trial, agreed to the adjournment Monday.

Duffyhas pleaded not guilty to 31 charges of fraud, breach of trust and bribery related toexpenses he claimed in 2013as a senator and later repaid with money from theNigelWright, former prime ministerStephen Harper's right-hand man at the time.

The trialbegan April 7 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa.
