Ukraine crisis: Government forces, militants resume fighting

Ukrainian forces launched airstrikes and artillery on pro-Russian separatists in the east, while gunfire broke out in Donetsk a day after Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced he would not renew a ceasefire.
