Typhoon survivors in Philippines spend holidays struggling to rebuild

Hundreds of thousands of people in the Philippines, Asia's largest Roman Catholic country, marked the Christmas season without homes, adequate food and water, electricity and cellphone connections after a powerful typhoon devastated parts of the archipelago, mainly its central island provinces.
