After 50 years of marriage , 92-year-old Harvey Wosika planned the sweetest surprise for his wife Mildred: a song.

The pair celebrated their golden anniversary with approximately 150 friends and family on August 7 two days after their actual anniversary date at the Newkirk Senior Citizens Center in Oklahoma. At the celebration, Harvey got down on one knee to sing Let Me Call You Sweetheart to his longtime love.

His (slightly embellished) lyrics read:

Let me call you sweetheart, Im in love with you.

Let me hear you whisper that you love me, too.

Keep the love light glowing in your eyes so true.

Let me hear you whisper, I love you!

Only their daughter, Dawn Ranee McDonald who also filmed the video above knew of Harveys plan to serenade his wife at the celebration.

Hes full of surprises sometimes, 90-year-old Mildred told The Huffington Post. I thought, Oh my! Isnt that wonderful? I loved it.

Harvey who claims he cant sing simply thought the song would be a nice way to show Mildred he appreciates her.
