If you were to take a peek inside the makeup bags of the beauty editors and writers here at The Huffington Post, you'd see how committed we are to particular lipstick brands. From NARS' Semi Mattes (hey, Jungle Red !) to Tom Ford Lips & Boys' Neutrals (we are crushing hard on Beau ), we can't stop hoarding these classic shades. But there've been a few under-the-radar lipstick brands to come across our desks that have made us reconsider our go-to lippies.

Here are six lipstick brands that are sure to be on everyone's lips very soon.

1
ColourPop Cosmetics
Don't let the British spelling fool you. Created in Los Angeles, ColourPop has a range of lipsticks, pencils and glosses ($5-$30) in trendy shades with funky names like "Nevermind" and "Ouiji." Affordable prices aside, recent collaborations with celebrity makeup artist Jamie Greenberg and YouTube vlogger ItsMyRayeRaye are sure to propel the brand's popularity.
2
Stowaway
Stowaway is proof that brilliant ideas often evolve after sharing a good meal. Co-founders Chelsa Crowley and Julie Fredrickson dreamed up this brand of "right-sized" products (hence the name stowaway) to cut down on the amount of stuff they schlep in their bags. The results include a line of creme lipsticks ($15) that are paraben- and cruelty-free, yet highly pigmented and flattering on all skin tones.
