Chlo Grace Moretz has come out as a gay woman in a social media post endorsing Kamala Harris ahead of Election Day.

Over the weekend, the 27-year-old actor, announced in an Instagram post that she participated in early voting for Democratic presidential candidate Harris for the 2024 election.

There is so much on the line this election, she wrote on Friday alongside a photo of an I Voted Early sticker on her jeans. I believe the government has no right over my body as a woman, and that the decisions over my body should come ONLY from myself and my doctor. Kamala Harris will protect that for us.

The Equalizer star went on to open up about her sexuality, describing herself as a gay woman.

I believe in the need for legal protections that protects the LGBTQ+ community as a gay woman, she continued. We need protections in this country and to have access to the care we need and deserve.

Moretz wrapped up her message by calling on her 24 million-plus followers to vote early.
