visiting from Venezuela, when we saw a guy driving like crazy, most probably under the influence in the River Oaks ares in Houston Texas, we saw him coming with his car crashed and driving like crazy, so we turned around and followed him, he actually stopped at a restaurant and we called the police, me and another car that were following him decided to leave because he got off his car and I guess the manager of a restaurant came outside and we explained everything, so he stayed with the guy to wait for the police and me and the other car left, but as I was about to get to the corner, I looked back and saw the guy getting in his car and leaving, so I turned around and we had to follow him again while we were on the phone with 911, he missed many cars and entered the parking lot of Central Market, parking lot was full of people, many of who were children so we had to act quick to try to stop the guy before something bad happened, the guy saw me coming and he backed up into another vehicle, I had to go around to avoid getting ran over, tried opening his door but it was locked, luckily he opened the window and I went in, put the car in park and opened the door, I saw him trying to reach to put the car into gear so I had to pull him out of the car, ones out I waited for the cops to come to hand the guy to them.\n\nMany people have criticized how I acted, telling me that I shouldn't have got involve, that the guy could have ran me over and kill me, but at that point I only thought of doing something before someone got hurt, I thought of two really good friends of mine that are now dead, one because he drove while really drunk and he crashed and died and the other one a few years later, died because he got hit by a drunk driver, he was driving his bike and just like
