If you have an affinity for upscale condos and hoagies, this place is perfect for you.

Taylor Gourmet co-owner Casey Patten is selling his condo in the heart of D.C.'s Chinatown, and the buyer will get one tasty bonus: free hoagies for five years, according to the Washington City Paper .

Check out pictures of Patten's condo.

Patten is asking for $489,000 for his one-bedroom, nearly 700-square foot condo, which he purchased in 2005 for $475,000 . Synergy!: The place was renovated two years ago by Grupo 7, the same company that design Taylor Gourmet restaurants, according to Curbed DC -- and the group used some of the same materials for the condo.

This hoagie-lover's fantasy pad is not listed yet, but according to Jay Bauer of Lindsay Reishman Real Estate, the condo should be on the market by Friday.

And the price is higher than the average home price in the neighborhood . But you have to take into consideration the location -- above Clyde's and within arms reach of the Verizon Center and is only two blocks from the nearest Taylor Gourmet -- and, of course, the hoagies, all $2,970 worth of hoagies.
