A Ohio man was indicted on charges accusing him of killing his live-in girlfriend after their daughter found bone fragments in their driveway, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. OMalley announced Wednesday.

James Drahos, 58, was indicted on charges of murder, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and domestic violence in the death of 56-year-old Tammy Dubuisson, according to the announcement.

Dubuisson was last seen on May 22 at her home in Cleveland, but was reported missing almost a month later on June 19, according to reports by WOIO.
