It's that time of the year: Dry, uncomfortable skin brought on by the windy, freezing temps outside only to be exacerbated by the stuffy heat inside. Which also means it's time to ramp up our moisturizing efforts. Since not all lotions are created equal, we sought out the most hydrating options (at least by the claims on the bottle) out there and put them to the test.
