Eva Longoria has gained some matrimonial wisdom from walking down the aisle before.

The "Telenovela" actress, who got engaged to Jose Antonio Baston in Dubai last December, said her priorities have shifted since she was married to NBA player Tony Parker. Elaborate wedding plans just aren't as important to her this time around, she told HuffPost Live host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani .

"[Baston and I have] both been married. We both experienced that. Now the centerpiece of our relationship is love and a wedding is not a marriage," she said. "And so we're kind of very aware that we want to be married. We don't really care for the wedding."

Though she and Baston haven't tied the knot yet, the two already call each other "husband" and "wife."

"Ever since we got engaged I felt demoted. [Now I'm] his fiancee. I don't like that," she joked. "We feel married in every sense. We support and trust and love each other completely. And it's beautiful. It's a beautiful thing to have this mature love at this age."
