You hit the gym for your body ... but how about for your face? What's your plan for combatting the dreaded "turkey neck," sagging skin or a double chin that is unsightly and could age you?

There are 57 muscles in the facial area and they can be toned and strengthened just like your body," Rachel Lang, facial fitness instructor at Face Love Fitness in New York City. tells The Doctors . "The muscles are all connected to each other in the face and also to the surface of the skin," she explains, so Lang and co-founder Heidi Frederick created a 15-minute workout just for the face and neck. Using specially designed exercises and high-tech touch to stimulate pressure receptors under the skin, the sessions aim to increase oxygen and blood circulation, which can result in fewer wrinkles and a firmer jaw line. "All the muscles in the face are connected to each other, and to the skin, so the exercises are going to feed the skin and volumize the face -- in a good way, says Lang.
