Fox News' Brit Hume Thinks This Is Why Democrats 'Could Still Win This Election'

Fox News analyst Brit Hume on Sunday suggested why Democrats could still win the 2024 presidential election in November despite what he described as their current contretemps amid President Joe Biden ditching his campaign.

Hume pointed to National Review writer Dan McLaughlins post on X, formerly Twitter, that highlighted former president and current GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump s continued poor favorability ratings.

McLaughlin noted, alongside a Real Clear Politics poll, that even with everything possible going Donald Trumps way, his favorability with the voting public is double digits underwater & has been continuously for over two years. He has never once been more popular than unpopular in 8 years.

Hume agreed.

Which is why the Democrats, despite their current contretemps, could still win the election, the analyst quote-posted.

Biden dropped the bombshell news of his departure from the 2024 race on Sunday and later endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris.
