This disclosure is necessary so the judge can fully litigate the issue of which of Trump's crime and conduct are immune from prosecution and which are not. \n\nJack Smith informed the judge that he is \"prepared to file\" the brief \"promptly at any time the Court deems appropriate.\" \n\nNot surprisingly, Trump's attorneys said in the joint filing that they don't want to litigate the immunity
