There's a big difference between the Oahu tourists see and the Oahu locals live every day. As Hawaii's most populated island, Oahu has so much to see and do -- and if you want to experience the best of the island, do it like a local.

They stop to make lei, hike, bodysurf, tour the skies in a helicopter, and more. In between all the outdoor adventuring, the pair chows down on some of Hawaii locals' favorite foods -- poke (raw ahi tuna) and shave ice .
