Irish Rowers Deserve Gold For Funniest TV Interview At Rio 2016

Irelands Paul and Gary ODonovan won a silver medal for rowing at Rio 2016 on Friday, but they deserve gold for this hilarious interview.

Footage of the brothers openly chatting to Irelands national broadcaster RTE about their urine tests, podium pants and how they plan to celebrate their achievement has quickly gone viral.

Their television appearance begins with them asking the stations anchors, via a live satellite feed from Brazil, How are tings? and Whats the craic?

Their silver in the lightweight double sculls is Irelands first ever Olympic medal for rowing, and the countrys first medal of the Rio Games.
