Justin Timberlake doesnt appear to be taking his recent legal woes too seriously.

As he took the stage in Boston on Saturday, the pop star seemed ready to joke about his recent arrest for reportedly driving while intoxicated.

Video of the star addressing fans at his Forget Tomorrow World Tour show at the TD Garden caught the star playfully wondering, So uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving and ... no Im just kidding.

Timberlake followed the quip by saying, For all of you that its your first time tonight on a serious note I hope that you feel the fellowship and the love.

The comment was almost certainly an allusion to the Cry Me a River singers June 18 arrest in Sag Harbor, New York.

According to arrest reports, Timberlake was pulled over and taken into police custody after an officer witnessed him running a stop sign and swerving in and out of traffic lanes.
