Justin Timberlake s attorney is speaking out while vowing to defend the Mirrors singer following his arrest for alleged drunk driving in New Yorks Hamptons this week.

The 43-year-old singer-songwriter was taken into custody early Tuesday after his car was pulled over in Sag Harbor, on the eastern end of Long Island, for allegedly running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane.
