Kim Kardashian Releases Footage Of Taylor Swift Approving Kanye West's 'Famous'

Kim Kardashian took to Snapchat on Sunday night to rehash the ongoing feud between her husband, Kanye West , and Taylor Swift over a controversial lyric in the rappers song Famous.

The 45-second clip featured a phone call between West and Swift where the pop star appeared to thank him for letting her know of his plans to include at least part of the now-storied line: I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / I made that bitch famous. Though it should be noted, West isnt heard telling Swift of his plans to include the second half of the line.

West has long defended himself, saying he had an hour-long convo with Swift ahead of the songs release where he told her about the lyric. Swift has denied giving any such approval , using a speech during the Grammys to call out those who undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame.

Late Sunday, Swift promptly fired back at the video, saying she wasnt told the call was being recorded while noting that the bitch line wasnt played for her, or mentioned.

It doesnt exist because it never happened, the singer wrote on social media. You dont get to control someones entire emotional response to being called that bitch in front of the entire world.

If Swift wasnt told the call was being recorded, Kardiashian and West may have broken the law. In California, where the couple live, wiretapping laws require two-party consent jurisdiction , meaning both caller and receiver need to know a phone conversation is being recorded.
