The 22-year-old driver of a BMW that crashed in Malibu, California, last week, killing four Pepperdine University students, has been charged with murder.

Fraser Bohm was allegedly speeding on Oct. 17 through a stretch of Pacific Coast Highway known as Dead Mans Curve when he struck Niamh Rolston, 20, Peyton Stewart, 21, Asha Weir, 21, and Deslyn Williams, 21. Bohm was arrested Tuesday after initially being released while authorities investigated the crash, and court records show he has been charged with four counts of murder and four counts of vehicular manslaughter.

The Los Angeles District Attorneys Office announced that Bohm pleaded not guilty to all charges Wednesday and is being held in lieu of $4 million bond.
