Pharmaceutical pariah and accused securities fraudster Martin Shkreli has a new diabolical plan: buy Kanye West's new album so that you can't listen to it.

Shkreli asked West whether he could buy out the singer's new album, "The Life of Pablo," in a tweet on Thursday, the same day the album is supposed to be released.

"Instead of releasing this product for your millions of fans, I ask you to sell this recording solely to me, for the price of $10,000,000" Shkreli followed up in a letter posted to his account.

Shkreli previously bought a lone copy of a Wu-Tang Clan album for $2 million. He is, however, best known for upping the price of Daraprim -- a drug primarly used to treat HIV/AIDS patients -- by 5,000 percent. And when Congress asked about his misdeeds, Shkreli invoked his Fifth Amendment right not to speak, making some very punchable faces in the process.

West, who has been busy defending Bill Cosby's numerous rape allegations , has not yet responded to the request. But with Shkreli's highly professional business offer that West "may reach me through Twitter DM," it should be just a matter of time.
