Did you recently lose a bag of meth in Ohio? Then cops want to "make your day."

Macedonia Police Department posted this tongue-in-cheek message to Facebook , which they hope may lure in the perps:

"We all know the emptiness inside when we lose something so valuable," it says. "We also know the feeling of relief when that lost item is found.. Come on in and let us make your day!!"

The message has gone viral since police posted it on Tuesday. Some commenters question whether police actually expect the drugs' owners to come forward.

Others say that if they are stupid enough to leave drugs inside a hotel's trash can, then they may be equally as idiotic in falling for the ad. No one has yet come forward to claim the bag.
