Rush Limbaugh's posh penthouse has been knocked down a peg or two.

The radio host put his 10-room, full-floor 5th Avenue apartment on the market two months for $13.95 million after finally making good on his promise to leave New York City in the wake of a proposed tax increase for the rich.

Now Limbaugh is taking a hit in the wallet, dropping the price an even million to $12.95 million.

But then again, what's a lowly million bucks to a man making $50 mil a year ?
