JWoww and Snooki made quite a few headlines on Tuesday. As unsubstantiated rumors that Snooki was pregnant swirled through the blogosphere, the mayor of Hoboken rejected a permit that would have allowed the girls' "Jersey Shore " spinoff to film in that city. The pair stopped by "Live! With Kelly " (weekdays on ABC) to clear up the misconceptions and provide an update on the show's development.

Ripa's first question was about the Snooki pregnancy rumors. "It was crazy yesterday, everyone thought I was pregnant. I was like, 'Great, I gained weight again," she joked. "I definitely want kids, but I'm not pregnant."

On the spinoff front, the ladies confirmed that their search for the perfect location continues. "I think we're gonna get our own house. We're just looking for the location right now ... we're just gonna take over the world," JWoww said. Although they were barred from filming in Hoboken by the city's mayor, they are also rumored to be scouting locations in Jersey City. Meanwhile, the next season of "Jersey Shore" might have a new location, too, as reports have emerged that producers are considering a move to Las Vegas or Los Angeles.

After Snooki and JWoww were done addressing the news of the day, the segment devolved into shenanigans, as JWoww and guest host Peter Facinelli squared off against Ripa and "Live!" producer Art Moore in a balloon-popping competition that involved a lot of pelvic-thrusting. After the competition, each team joked that they might soon be dealing with pregnancy rumors of their own.
