"Billy on the Street" heads to truTv this season, and the show's first mission is taking down Tina Fey.

In a sneak peak of the upcoming season, host Billy Eichner invites Fey to play a little game called "LaTina Fey." In the challenge, Fey has to pretend she's giving an Oscar speech and thank 20 Latino performers in one minute.

She manages to name 19 performers, but ends up ultimately losing the game.

"YOU LOSE! Tina Fey finally failed at something! She is on the ground! There she is! Tina Fey couldn't think of 20 Latinos," screams Eicher as Fey rolls on the floor, giggling.

"19! 19!" says Fey, defending herself. The actresses ended up losing out on a set of blue and pink "Brokeback Mountain"-themed potholders.

Season 4 of "Billy on the Street" premieres Oct. 8 at 10:30 p.m. ET and will feature celebs like Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, and Anna Kendrick. And, hopefully, many more "Brokeback Mountain" potholders.
