A Florida sheriffs deputy was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of using law enforcement resources to obtain details regarding a womans homicide investigation and sharing them with the victims husband.

Orange County Deputy Francisco Alberto Estrella Chicon, 33, illegally disclosed details about the investigation into the murder of Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas, the Seminole County Sheriffs Office alleged Monday.

Guerrero De Aguasvivas was kidnapped at gunpoint last week while on her way to see family, Lemma told reporters on Friday. A body believed to be hers was found inside a burning vehicle parked about 17 miles away from the place she was abducted.
