A federal judge dismissed President Donald Trump s campaigns lawsuit to overturn the election in Pennsylvania on Saturday, calling out Rudy Giuliani s attempt to disenfranchise almost 7 million voters based on zero actual evidence of voter fraud.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew W. Brann, who heard Giulianis argument on the case earlier this week , said the court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations that werent tied to the actual complaint nor supported by evidence.

In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth-most-populated state. Our people, laws and institutions demand more, Brann wrote .
