The city of Minsk erupted in pro-democracy protests as critics question exit polls showing a strong victory for authoritarian incumbent Aleksander Lukashenko.
"The aim is to reach the point in the implementation of the Minsk accords."
The attacker has been detained, but his motives remain unclear.
Larisa Shchiryakova was found guilty of "illegal dissemination of media products" by a Belarusian court.
