A line originally used by an aggressive Miami police chief prompted Twitter to issue another content warning for the president's tweets.
"How many trending hashtags have we seen? These hashtags keep freaking repeating themselves," said the rapper in a video posted on social media.
The singer tweeted an angry message at the president in response to his tweets on the Minneapolis protests, insisting that "we will vote you out in November."
The officer was seen in a video kneeling on George Floyd's neck while he was restrained and pleading for air.
Correspondent Omar Jimenez and two of his colleagues were arrested as the camera kept rolling.
The city's third precinct was overrun by protestors amid nationwide demonstrations following Floyd's death in police custody.
Demonstrations across the country grew increasingly tense as people expressed their pain over the death of a Black man who was pinned down by a white officer.
Minneapolis's mayor told protesters their sadness and anger are "understandable" and "right," as he also urged peace in the streets.
Floyd's death sparked demonstrations throughout Minneapolis for the second day in a row. The city's mayor has called for charges to be filed in the case.
"Im in no mood to tell America, good morning," the rapper/actor/film producer tweeted.
