Deborah Carlisle Solomon is the executive director of Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE). She discovered RIE when her son was a baby and was so deeply moved by Magda Gerber's Educaring Approach that she decided to change careers to join the organization. She has addressed various national and international infancy and early-childhood conference and workshops. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and now RIE teenager, Elijah.
