Terri has her own story of transformation from almost dying of Crohns Disease to living with vibrant health using a custom anti-inflammatory food and lifestyle protocol for almost 20 years. Called smart with a heart, she has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal, in Oprahs book, Live Your Best Life!, and was selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader recognizing her professional accomplishments, commitment to society and potential for shaping the future of the world. She has participated in Forums in Brazil, China, India, Jordan, Morocco, Myanmar, South Africa and Tanzania, and has been a discussion leader for the Economics of Happiness at the Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland.

An Internet trailblazer, she was a Creative Consultant for Universal Studios and an executive at MTV Networks-moving quickly from Management Associate to Vice President of Business Development & Operations. In the process, she founded VH1 Interactive, helped to re-position the VH1 TV Network, founded VH1@Work radio network, worked on the launch of six digital music video channels, managed a 200-person operation, negotiated multimillion dollar landmark deals, and created pioneering ways of integrating online and on-air with superstars such as Michael Jackson, Garth Brooks and Paul McCartney. At 20 years old, she was recruited to write case studies on Fortune 500 companies for Harvard Business School.

From a family of pioneers in communications, she is a sought-after speaker/moderator and has done hundreds of events--from teaching executives at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services how to manage stress to presenting on social change for the Newark Peace Education Summit which headlined His Holiness The Dalai Lama. As a certified coach, she has thousands of client-hours. Everything she does is about harnessing human potential. She is a national spokesperson for the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association, is on the faculty at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and served six years on the board of Yoga Alliance.
