Kim Kirschenbaum is a third-year law student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. At Penn Law, she is the founding editor-in-chief of The Regulatory Review (formerly known as RegBlog), an online daily publication devoted to coverage of regulatory and administrative law issues. She also serves as an executive editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and the Journal of Law and Public Affairs.
