Lara Lillibridge

Lara Lillibridge is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan Colleges MFA program in Creative Nonfiction. In 2016 she won Slippery Elm Literary Journals Prose Contest, and also The American Literary Review's Contest in Nonfiction. She was a finalist in both Black Warrior Reviews Nonfiction Contest and DisQuiets Literary Prize in Creative Nonfiction. She has had essays published in Pure Slush Vol. 11, Vandalia, and Polychrome Ink; on the web at Hippocampus, Luna Luna, Huffington Post, The Feminist Wire, Airplane Reading, Thirteen Ways to Tell a Story, Weirderary, and Brain, Child magazine's Brain, Mother blog. Laras memoir will debut in February of 2018 with SkyHorse Publishing. She is currently a co-editor for an anthology of womens voices entitled, Memoirs of the Feminine Divine: Voices of Power and Invisibility.
