Manjusha (Manju) Kulkarni is Executive Director of Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council (A3PCON) and a racial justice attorney and activist who has worked on behalf of communities of color for over twenty years.

Manjusha (Manju) P. Kulkarni, Esq. is Executive Director of Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council (A3PCON) and a racial justice attorney and activist who has worked on behalf of communities of color for over twenty years. Manju is teaching "South Asian American Communities" in the Asian American Studies Department at UCLA. Manju is the former Executive Director of South Asian Network (SAN). On April 24, 2014, she received the White House Champions of Change award for her dedication to improving health care access for South Asian Americans.Manju began her career at the Southern Poverty Law Center; during law school, she worked at the ACLU of Southern California and the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund. Prior to joining SAN, she worked as Senior Attorney at the National Health Law Program and Director of Intake at the Office of the Civil Rights Monitor. Manju authored numerous articles, reports and training materials and provided legal assistance and training to hundreds of attorneys and advocates across the country.
